The Silverton School Educational Museum will be closed tomorrow 9th May as tradespeople will be working in the schoolroom.

Apologies for inconveniencing those who planned to visit tomorrow. But the Museum will be open as usual on its other designated days.

Next meeting

The next meeting of the Broken Hill Historical Society (BHHSoc) is being held this coming Monday 12^th May at 7pm.

This meeting will not yet be the AGM.

As always all are very welcome to attend a Society meeting.

You don’t have to be a member and you don’t have to live in the Hill. You can be a visitor interested in our local history too.

And don’t forget, an ordinary meeting is a very good time for anyone with any interest on local history to come along and find out more about what we do and how, and how you might become involved if you were interested. Lots of Society folks will be there to answer your questions.

All our meetings are held in the meeting room at the back of the Synagogue Museum complex at 165 Wolfram Street, Broken Hill.
