The Society’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held on the second Monday of every March.

All current positions (see Who We Are) are vacated and available for nomination.

If you wish to nominate for an existing, or possibly an additional role, you will need to:

1. be a current financial member
2. have two current members nominating you: one Proposer, and one Seconder
3. fill out the form below and organise signatures.

Nomination forms must be with the Secretary (Who We Are) at least seven days before the AGM.
